We have been given instructions for a phenomenal meditation practice that will change the world and ourselves.
First, acknowledge that you are vibration. You yourself are vibrating at various incredible frequencies that have healing potential and the power to change the fabric of reality as you know it.
Acknowledge and embrace this inner vibrational frequency. Know yourself as this vibration. Know yourself as this vibration. You are entering into the vibrations of your environment as a fellow vibratory force, flowing out in a loving frequency.
You are the Love Vibration.
Now that you can see and feel yourself as this vibration matching the vibration of your surroundings, feel this unity. Feel the world around you as it vibrates, hear its hum, feel its warmth and subtle movement, see its colorful display. Now see yourself as part of your environmental vibration, hear yourself attuning to the universal hum, feel yourself radiating in and out in this universal frequency.
Now open your heart chakra up in a gift of love for your lover or your child or yourself. Feel the opening up and vibrational force of this heart chakra work and gift. Take in the object of your love in this heart embrace. Feel yourself and your loved one merge into this hum and vibration.
Now open up your heart chakra vibration wider still and take in your surroundings. Take in the room or the outdoor space into which you are radiating at this very moment. Be one with the vibrations of your surroundings.
Now increase the expanse of your attention and your embrace in order to take in the entire planet, the entire solar system, the entire universe and all of its dimensions. Offer your heart chakra vibrations as the enveloping gift of love to the universe. Feel your love bathing all being in its glow and warmth and hum and radiance.
You are the vibration of the universe. You and the universe are one in this frequency. You are the greatest gift ever offered to the universe. And you are the most deserving of this gift offered by the universe itself.
Vibrate as one with all that there is and glow into infinity.
